Thad Combs, founder of Century Messenger, has over ten years working in Customer Service. For the last two years Thad worked as the sole bike courier for a small company in Edmonton, Alberta. Battling the challenge of Edmonton’s freezing winters, he relied on his love of biking to push through, never missing a day. His ability to provide “dependable, hard-working, conscientious, and honest” service quickly made him a favorite with the company’s clients. When Thad moved back to the Okanagan he took his love of biking and, using the knowledge acquired through his couriering experience, created a revolutionary service unlike any other currently offered in Kelowna. Century Messenger pairs Thad’s love of biking and his customer service experience to provide a same-day delivery service that focuses on timing, quality and the environment.
