When you call please have the following information ready:
YOUR COMPANY NAME: Where are you calling from?
PICK UP LOCATION: Is the item from your office or elsewhere?
SERVICE: What service do you need?
TO: Where is the delivery location?
ITEM FOR PICK UP: Envelope, box, multiple pieces?
For the fastest service, please have your Waybill completed in full and ready for Courier pickup
All packages must have their destination address completed in full.
Glossary & Terms
Time Allotted: indicates how much time the courier has to deliver your trip. Time starts when you place your request for pickup. If your package is not ready when our courier arrives, time will start when your package is ready.
Oversized: any package or envelope larger than a 2" binder.
Box: any package larger than a bread box
No Trip: anything inhibiting a trips completion i.e. business closed, wrong address, etc.
Wait Time: first 5 mins free, $0.50/min thereafter
Mailslot OK: gives permission for delivery without signature*
Collect: pickup of package at other location to be delivered to your office*
* Found only on waybills and does not affect trip price
